摘要：A narrow linewidth external cavity semiconductor laser, comprising asemiconductor optical amplifier chip (1), a comb-shaped optical filter (3), a bandpassoptical filter (4), a partial reflection sheet (5) and a collimated light beam coupling outputassembly, wherein the collimated light beam coupling output assembly is composed ofan isolator (6), a coupling lens (7) and an output optical fibre (8); a laser resonant cavity isformed by the partial reflection sheet (5) and a rear end face (1A) of the semiconductoroptical amplifier chip (1); the comb-shaped optical filter (3) and the bandpass optical filter(4) form a single-channel narrowband optical filtering assembly, wherein the bandwidthof same enables the laser to perform single-mode lasing and the other modes areeffectively restrained; the relative position of a longitudinal mode over the wholefiltering band can be controlled by adjusting the temperature of the laser, so that theoutput wavelength and the power of the laser are controlled, and the laser is in theoptimal working state; an etalon is used as the comb-shaped optical filter (3), so as toeasily realize narrow linewidth output; and a commercial DWDM optical filter is used asthe bandpass optical filter (4), so as to improve the wavelength flexibility of a device andreduce costs.
